Homes are typically our greatest bill in life. Have you ever thought about this? I have on several occasions. If I didn't have to fork out a monthly house payment, I would be living pretty. I can only dream of the day my home is completely paid off. That will be one to celebrate! With that bill out of the way, it will be time to purchase a few things. FUN THINGS! Anyone looking to sell there home will be fortunate to break even. I recently spotted six homes for sale in my neighborhood alone. It's crazy competitive though. How low are you willing to go? All buyers are searching for the BEST deal around. Lucky for them, they get to pick and choose. A few years from now, they could be owning an outstanding home that's worth three times what they paid for it. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the real estate business as we all know it.
