RALEIGH NORTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE

Choosing a place to live is a major decision. This is especially true if it's that place you plan to stay. You know the one where you want to raise your children, have a long career and retire with your spouse. Needless to say, you don't want to select the wrong place. If you happen to do so, this means a whole other move is in order. So, do you currently have any idea where this ideal place is located? I couple years back I would have said Chapel Hill or Raleigh North Carolina real estate is perfect. However, these days I'm not so certain.

Here come all the people! You can bet if you find a great spot to live, other folks will continually move there. After a few years or so, your nice little quiet spot is a big booming area. That can be a real downer. I can state this about Chapel Hill and Raleigh North Carolina real estate. This was where I grew up. I spent the majority of my life there and still return each year. My mother and older brother still live in Chapel Hill. And I thought I would eventually head back there with my wife and kids to settle down as well. However, these days I'm a bit concerned about Chapel Hill and Raleigh North Carolina real estate. My mother tells me that it's always getting more and more packed. Regardless of if I choose the outskirts of Raleigh or the suburbs of Chapel Hill, I'd better get ready for a ton of neighbors. That discourages me to say the least. I don't like having neighbors that reside only 10 or 20 feet from my home. I prefer to have more personal living space and yard. And to make matters worse, the school systems are going downhill. Not only are they seriously over-crowded, but they're rated poorly in the nation-wide standard. Wow, I never thought I would say this about Chapel Hill and Raleigh North Carolina real estate, but it's not so desirable anymore.

I will keep searching! Since that Raleigh North Carolina real estate is in such demand, I feel that it's best to examine options elsewhere. Now, just to be clear, Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina are all awesome places. That's why I intended to move back there in the first place. But, I don't think I want to vie with the crowds and congestion each day.
