Bottle Of Water

When I leave my house I have to have a bottle of water with me at all times. I’m not sure what it is about me, but I am always thirsty. When I am at home I drink something all day long, and this has been the case for me for most of my life. I don’t mind having to have a bottle of water with me wherever I go, but I do mind the price at times. I could take some water from my home, but to be honest, the water offered in my city is not that pleasing. Bottled water, on the other hand, always has a great, clean taste.

You know there are many different types of bottled water you can buy, and you may know that the first popular brand was Evian. I remember hearing how celebrities were drinking it, but the joke was on them. Evian, after all, is ‘naïve’ spelled backwards. I don’t know if that is indeed a statement about those who drink bottled water, but I do think it is a good thing, even if it is a little over priced.

When you are on the go, you need something to drink. Not everyone wants to take something from home, and even if you drink coffee, you know that it does not always make sense. This means that if you wanted something to drink, you would most likely grab a bottle of soda from the cooler in the store. There has always been juice there to choose as well, but most people just automatically grabbed the soda. Now that you can get a good bottle of water, many people are skipping the soda. This is a great choice for your body, even if you think it might not be the best value priced item.

So if you are always carrying a bottle of water with your wherever you go, good for you. Your body is probably thanking you. There have been safety concerns lately on my local news, though I’m not sure if I believe it or not. They are saying that you should never reuse a bottle of water because it can become contaminated. I’m not sure if this is true, but I suppose there may be some wisdom there. If you wish to reuse a bottle of water, make sure you clean it with hot water and soap just like you do your household glasses to ensure you aren’t going to get sick.
